Stacey Barrineau, CAP, MS
Clinical Case Manager

Stacey brings over 19 years of experience in the human and social services field. She has supported vulnerable populations, starting with children in foster care, continuing with case management for individuals experiencing homelessness and those formerly incarcerated. Stacey has worked as a Behavioral Health Technician in a residential treatment program, and served as a Clinical Manager at an at-risk youth shelter, providing leadership and ensuring trauma-informed care.
She recently earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services in 2024 and became a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) in 2025.
Stacey's work is grounded in lived experience, including her own recovery journey, allowing her to connect authentically and help others feel safe, supported, and empowered.
